Lemon juice
1 cup oats
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Peel and slice peaches (enough to cover pie tin surface)
Mix in a bowl with sugar, cinnamon and some lemon juice
Arrange on pie tin
In a bowl mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter
Pour mixture over peaches
Bake at 380F for 20 minutes until golden brown and peaches have softened
Serve with vanilla ice cream
