Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

8 (8 inch) flour tortillas

1/2 cup enchilada sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, and cilantro.

3. Place about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tortillas, and place seam side down in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over the top.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
