Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup yogurt (I used Silk Almondmilk yogurt)

1 banana

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup almond milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth. Pour into two glasses, serve and enjoy!
