Ingredients

1 onion

5 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

1 small can (227 grams) of sun-dried tomatoes

1 tsp Italian seasonings

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 whole container of veggie broth

1 pack of fusilli pasta

2 1/2 cups oat milk

1 large bunch of chopped kale

1 pound ground turkey

Directions

1. Dice onion and chop up all of the cloves of garlic

2. Add some olive oil to a pot and put on medium heat

3. Add in the onion and garlic and saute until onions are translucent

4. Finally chop up 1 small can of sun-dried tomatoes and then add them into the pot as well

5. Add in seasonings and tomato paste and cook on medium-low heat for 2 minutes

6. Turn the heat up to a medium-high heat and pour in 1 whole container of vegetables broth

7. When it starts to boil, add in your pasta and cook according to package

8. While thats cooking, chop up one large bunch of kale (make sure to remove the stems)

9. When the noodles are cooked, turn the heat to low and add in the milk and kale

10. (Optional) Top with more red pepper flakes and serve with toasted sourdough
