Pork Tenderloin

Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. dry mustard
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. thyme
1 pork tenderloin
Mustard Sauce:
1 T. dry mustard
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 mayonnaise
1 T. scallions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients for mari-
nade and soak tenderloin over-
night. Remove meat from
marinade.
• Bake at 325º about 1 hour and
15 minutes or until done, de-
pending on the thickness of the
tenderloin. Baste with mari-
nade.
• Combine the mustard sauce
ingredients and serve on the
side with the pork. This is
wonderful fixed on the grill.
