Crunchy Halva Bites

Ingredients

1 and 1/4 cups sesame

100 grams butter

1/2 cup honey or date syrup

1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp nes cafe powder

1/2 cup tahini paste

5 cups puffed rice cereal

100 grams crumbled halva

White chocolate

Directions

Toast sesame until golden

In a pot melt butter, honey, sugar, coffee and tahini

Take off heat and add puffed rice, halva and sesame

Mix

Pour into glass tray coated with baking paper

Cover with baking paper and press down to pack it in, can use bottom of glass

Let cool to room temp

Melt 200 grams white chocolate and add 50 grams butter

Pour over cooled layer and make squiggles with fork

Fridge for 20 minutes and chop into small bites
