Brussels Sprouts

10-12 fresh Brussels sprouts, halved
50g butter
1 c chicken stock (made with ½ t vegeta)
Directions
Heat butter in large frypan and cook sprouts cutside down until lightly brown.
Add 1/2 cup stock and put lid on.
Cook 5-10 mins or until tender when pierced with a skewer, adding remainder of stock as it evaporates.
