    Grilled Italian Marinated Chicken Thighs

    Ingredients

    1 cup Homemade Italian Dressing

    3 lbs Chicken Thighs (bone-in; skin on)

    Salt & Pepper

    Directions

    Place the chicken thighs in a dish, cover with the dressing and place cling wrap over the top Let marinade at least 30 minutes in the fridge (up to overnight)

    When ready to grill, let the chicken come to room temperature and pat dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper

    Preheat the grill to 400'F Place the chicken skin side down on the grill over direct heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 minutes (the lid should be closed throughout this whole process)Move to indirect heat and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165'F Cooking times will vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs

    Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
