500 gm Rolled Oats
200 gm Honey or Maple Syrup
200 gm Olive Oil
¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
80 gm Sunflower Seeds
80 gm Pumpkin Seeds
80 gm Peacan halves chopped
80 gm Silvered Almond
80 gm Dried Cranberry Chopped
80 gm Goji Berries
80 gm Dried Dates
Directions
Preheat oven on 360 °F.
In a sauce pan, heat honey/maple syrup and oil until mixed.
Mix ¾ of honey/maple syrup-oil mix in oats until evenly coated along with vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder.
In a baking pan, over a parchment paper spread oats evenly.
Roast oats in oven for 15 minutes.
Meantime, mix rest of the honey/maple syrup-oil mix with all the nut (except dried cranberries, goji berries and dates).
After the above 15 minutes, mix oats with all the mixed nuts and continue roast for another 10 minutes.
Once oats is removed from oven, lastly, mix it with dried cranberries, goji berries and dates.
Allow it to cool down. Granola is ready.
Notes
Make sure mix oats every 5 minutes when roasting in oven to avoid oats to get burned.
