Lemon-Walnut Pesto

1 cup walnuts
1 tsp. grated leman zest
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon chopped rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° and toast walnuts for eight minutes. Combine all but olive oil and lemon juice in processor and grind finally. Add olive oil in slow stream. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with pan fried sole.
