French Toast Casserole

- 2 17.5 oz cans refrigerated, cinnamon rolls - reserve icing
2 T melted butter
4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 T cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 containers of the reserved icing
8 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 Tablespoons milk
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350°
– remove cinnamon rolls from packages and cut each roll into 1/6
– Drizzle melted butter in 13 x 9 pan
– Spread cinnamon roll pieces evenly in pan
– in a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk together.
– Poor egg mixture over cinnamon rolls
– Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is Golden Brown and Center is set
– Prepare icing by combining reserved, icing, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
– Poor icing evenly over casserole
