½ portion Coconut broken into 5-6 pieces
¾ inch Ginger
5 Green Chilly
7 Dry Chilly
1 Shallot (2 if small)
1 Tamarind gooseberry size
1 tsp Salt
1 stem Curry Leaves
Directions
In a stove or fire roast coconut pieces until dark brown.
Then roast dry red chilly as well similarly.
Pulse all ingredients in a small blender (blend in multiple batches if needed)
Hand mix everything very well and make into a large ball.
Ready to serve.
Notes
Instead of dry chilly, you may use 3 tsp chilly flakes.
