Grandmas Cinnamon Rolls

2 pkg yeast
1/2c warm water & pinch of sugar
1/2c butter
3/4c scalded milk
3/4c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
6-7c flour
Directions
350 degrees | 20-25 minutes
soften yeast in water
scald milk, add butter, sugar & salt, cool
add half flour to make thick batter
add yeast & eggs, beat well
add enough flour to make a soft dough & knead until smooth
let rise & divide in half
roll out to 1/4 in thick
spread butter & layer with cinnamon/sugar & brown sugar
roll & cut into rolls

MAKE SURE TO ADD ENOUGH BUTTER, SUGAR & BROWN SUGAR
