Keto Crème Brulee
8 4oz Ramekins

4 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tsp Pure Vanilla
1/2 Cup Erythritol
12 Egg yolks
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. In a small bowl whisk egg yolks and vanilla.
3. Pour whipping cream and sweetener into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until it starts to simmer Remove from heat.
4. Slowly pour egg mixture into the saucepan stirring constantly until well combined.
5. Divide evenly into 8 ramekins and place them into a hot water bath, water should cover 1 inch up the side of ramekins
6. Pace on middle rack in oven and cook for about50 minutes until it is set. A toothpick should come out dry.
7. Sprinkle sweetener over each brulee and use a culinary torch to heat until melted and golden.
