Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 400g frying beef steaks

  • packet of button mushrooms

  • 1 onion, thinly slice all of them

  • Tsp Dijon mustard

  • Crushed garlic cloves

  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce

  • 300ml beef stock

  • 35g seriously strong spreadable

  • 60g of @philadelphia_uki

Directions

I added the steak to a frying pan and sealed the meat on all sides, nice and quickly in a hot pan so it quickly browns off, once sealed set the steak to one side on a plate.

Next I added some more low calorie spray to the pan and then added the mushrooms and onions to the pan with a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

Once the veg had cooked for 5 mins, I added a some black pepper, tsp of mustard and the garlic, give this a good stir then add the beef stock to the pan and let this reduce down.

Once the stock had reduced, I added in the cheese and made sure it was all stirred in and then add the beef back to the pan for 5 mins before serving!

I served mine with rice and veg!
