Greek Gyro Fries

1 large baking potato
1 chicken breast, diced
1/2 red onion
30g mozzarella
15g feta cheese
2tbsp tzatziki
50g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
4tsp paprika
3tsp oregano
2tsp cumin
4tsp garlic
Dash lemon juice
Directions
Start by chopping your potato into fries then add jnto a bowl. Add half the paprika along with salt and pepper and some garlic powder.
Cook your chips in the airfryer for 25 minutes on 200.
Whilst your chips are cooking, add the chicken to a bowl with the rest of the seasoning and the Greek yoghurt. Stir until the chicken is coated. (If time leave to marinate beforehand) Fry off chicken in a hot pan until cooked through.
Once your chips are done, transfer these to an oven proof dish. Top with mozzarella, the chicken, feta cheese and red onion then pop back into the airfryer or preheated oven for 3-5 mins until the mozzarella has melted.
Just before eating, top with the tzatziki and serve.
