Beef Fry

½ kg Beef chopped in small cubes
12 pods Garlic finely chopped
1 ½ inch Ginger finely chopped
6 Green Chilly Finely Chopped
10 Large Shallot sliced thin
1 Onion medium sized sliced long thin
2 stem Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
½ tsp Hot Chilly Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
3 tsp Meat Masala
2 tsp Pepper Powder
¼ cup Chopped Coconut
1 ½ tsp Salt
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
In a pressure cooker, marianate beef with half of chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly, ¼th of chopped shallot, 1 stem curry leaves, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilly powder, hot chilly powder, coriander powder, 2 tsp meat masala and 1 tsp of salt.
Cook the beef in pressure cooker for high heat until first whistle, and medium heat for next two whistle.
In a cast iron pan or bottom thick pan, add 3 tbsp of coconut oil and allow to heat up.
Add chopped coconut and saute until light golden brown.
Then add rest of the shallot and 1 stem if curry leaves and sauté until shallot soft.
Add rest of chopped garlic, ginger and green chilly, sauté until raw smell is gone.
Add chopped onion and sauté until it is onion is soft.
Then add cooked beef along with water left from cooking.
Mix it really well and in medium high heat, saute beef until water is evaporated.
Then add 1 tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of meat masala and ½ tsp of salt and sauté to continue frying beef.
After raw smell of pepper is gone, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and continue sauté and fry the beef.
When beef is almost fry to the need (or when it start changing to darker colour), add other 1 tsp of pepper and sauté until raw smell is gone.
Beef fry is ready to serve.
