MAIN DISH Creamy Parmesan Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

– 8 skinless/boneless chicken thighs

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– Salt and pepper chicken

– 16 ounces sliced mushrooms

– Egg noodles

– Pine nuts

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon pepper

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

– 1/2 cup butter

Cream Sauce…….

– 4 cloves of minced garlic

– 2 tablespoons flour

– 1 cup chicken broth

– 2 cups, heavy cream

– 1 cup, grated or shredded Parmesan

Directions

– In a large skillet, add olive oil, and cook chicken on medium high heat. Let a crust form on the chicken. Sear 3 to 5 minutes on each side before flipping. SET ASIDE

– Cook, pinenuts until Brown. SET ASIDE

– Cook mushrooms until tender. SET ASIDE

– Cook pasta noodles

Melt butter

Add garlic and cook

Whisk in flower until thick

Whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

– Combine everything and serve over egg noodles
