3 Aldi brioche burger buns

40g light butter

2 cloves garlic (finely diced)

chopped parsley

Secret Burger Sauce

60g light mayo

40g reduced sugar ketchup

8g American mustard

15g chopped pickles

10g chopped onion

black pepper, paprika to taste

Other ingredients

3 light cheese singles (brand: Tesco)

shredded lettuce

Directions

Sear on High Heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides, till crispy, be careful not to over cook 🔥👨🏽🍳
