Certainly! Here's a tasty recipe for Beef and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms:

**Ingredients:**

- 24 large white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

- 1/2 pound (225g) ground beef

- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or a blend of oregano, basil, and thyme)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley leaves for garnish

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove their stems. Set the mushroom caps aside.

3. Chop the mushroom stems finely. You'll use them in the stuffing mixture.

4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms release their moisture and the garlic is fragrant.

5. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat if needed.

6. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until it's wilted and combined with the beef.

7. Remove the skillet from heat, and stir in the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it forms a cohesive stuffing mixture.

8. Fill each mushroom cap with a generous spoonful of the beef and spinach stuffing mixture, packing it down slightly.

9. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.

11. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves before serving.

12. Enjoy your Beef and Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer or side dish!

These stuffed mushrooms are savory and flavorful, making them a crowd-pleasing appetizer for parties or a delicious side dish for your meals.
