1 package Roquefort Cheese
8 ounce cream cheese
1 Bottle OLD English Sharp Cheddar
1 small onion, grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
pecans
Directions
1. Blend at room temperature the roquefort, cream cheese, old english cheese, and mix in onion, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Form into ball or log and rollin in pecans, refrigerate or freeze.
