Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup or chosen sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla bean extract

1 ½ cup milk

1 strong espresso shot

1 ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1 tsp cocoa powder

Directions

Combine your chia seeds, milk, espresso shot, maple syrup, vanilla and 1 cup yogurt together. Place into cups / jars and leave to set for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Once ready to eat, finish with the remaining yogurt and cocoa powder.
