Ingredients

1 stick margarine at room temp. • Heat milk until bubbly then

1 stick butter at room temp.

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg white at room temp.

Pinch salt

3/4 cup mild

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1 stick margarine at room temp. • Heat milk until bubbly then cool and add vanilla. • Put salt in egg white and beat until stiff in a small bowl • Combine sugar and butter • Gradually put cold mild in but- ter and beat continuously in small bowl • Beat egg white into mixture.

We liked this on a milk chocolate cake and we drizzled melted mint chocolate chips on top and down side.
