Super Simple Homemade Granola with Chunks

2 cups quick oats
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Stir melted butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl. Add vanilla and water. Mix in spices.
Add oats and stir mixture together until well mixed.
Pour oats into a parchment lined 9×13 pan. Press oats down firmly with the back of spoon.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Do not stir!
Allow oats to cool completely before breaking oats into granola chunks. You will find the oats stick together nicely for chunks but there are still plenty of smaller pieces for the perfect granola.
Stir in tightly sealed container. Enjoy your homemade granola!
