Chocolate Satin Frosting

1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
3 x 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
California walnuts, chopped
Directions
Blend sugar and water into chocolate
Beat in 1/2 the egg into mixture and then beat in remaining egg
Beat in the butter a tablespoon at a time
Blend in vanilla extract
Frosting will be thin at this point
Place pan in ice water and beat until spreading consistency
Spread on cake
Trim by pressing walnuts around edge
