MAIN DISH Spinach Chicken Bombs

Cream cheese
A big handful of fresh spinach leaves
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
Garlic powder
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Directions
put olive oil in pan and add a big handful of fresh spinach leaves.
Salt and pepper the spinach leaves while cooking.
In a bowl, mix together a block of cream, cheese, 8 ounces mozzarella, garlic powder.
Cut raw chicken breast in half
Make a slot in each half and fill with mixture
Dip and flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry on stove top until browned
Bake in the oven until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
