MAIN DISH Spinach Chicken Bombs

Ingredients

  • chicken breasts

  • Cream cheese

  • A big handful of fresh spinach leaves

  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella

  • Garlic powder

  • Flour

  • Egg

  • Breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. put olive oil in pan and add a big handful of fresh spinach leaves.

  2. Salt and pepper the spinach leaves while cooking.

  3. In a bowl, mix together a block of cream, cheese, 8 ounces mozzarella, garlic powder.

  4. Cut raw chicken breast in half

  5. Make a slot in each half and fill with mixture

  6. Dip and flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

  7. Fry on stove top until browned

  8. Bake in the oven until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
