Spicy Salmon

Ingredients

- fresh salmon cut into bite-size pieces

- spicy mayo sauce

- salt

- pepper

- garlic powder

- cayenne

Spicy Mayo:

- 1/3 cup may

- 2-3 tablespoons sriracha

- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Make spicy mayo sauce. Preheat air fryer to 375 (if necessary).

Place foil in air fryer and spray with oil. Place bite-size salmon pieces on foil and season with salt, pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder. Bake for 7 minutes. Pull out and toss in some of the spicy mayo sauce. Bake for 4-7 minutes longer.

Pairs well with steamed broccoli and sriracha cauliflower rice.
