Creamy Chicken & Broccoli

100g chicken
Tsp Italian Herbs
Tsp Garlic
200ml chicken stock (reduced salt)
15g cheddar
50ml single light cream
35g sundried tomatoes chopped
100g broccoli
I served with 100g Tilda basmati wild rice. It would also be beautiful with mash, roasties, any carb you desire!
Directions
Start by frying off the chicken for a couple of minutes, then add in the herbs, season with salt and pepper.
Add your broccoli to the boil for a few minutes
Add in the garlic for a minute followed by the tomatoes, broccoli and chicken stock
Leave to simmer and then add in the cream and cheese for a couple of minutes
Serve with your side of choice
