Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough (High Protein, Low Sugar)

16 oz cottage cheese (1 container)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
chocolate chips
Directions
Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add almond flour, protein powder. Stir until combined and cookie dough consistency. Mix in chocolate chips. Enjoy!
