    Ingredients

    4 cups broth

    3 eggs, whisked

    ¼ tsp salt

    ½ tsp chicken bouillon

    ¼ tsp garlic powder

    ¼ tsp ground ginger

    ⅛ tsp white pepper

    ¼ tsp turmeric (optional)

    1 green onion (topping)

    ½ tsp sesame oil (topping)

    2 tbs cornstarch

    3 tbs water

    Directions

    In a pot, add broth & seasonings.

    Taste, adjust seasonings to liking.

    Make slurry w/ cornstarch & water.

    Pour slurry into broth to thicken.

    Stir in a circle to create a tornado.

    Pour in eggs & stir slowly in circle.

    Top w/ sesame oil & green onions.
