Mom's Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

1 head green cabbage, chopped

Tap water

1-2 lbs ground beef

1 lb ground pork (or sausages)

1 large onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp dried parsley

1/8 tsp dried dill (optional)

1 can diced tomatoes w/juice, or 6 romas, chopped

1 can Campbell's tomato soup

1/2 jar Classico pasta sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups white rice

4 cups water

Directions

In a large pan, steam cabbage in water until tender.

In another large pan, add beef, pork/sausages, onion, garlic, parsley, dill (opt), tomatoes, tomato soup, pasta sauce, and salt and pepper.

In medium pan, simmer white rice in water until tender.

Mix everything together!
