Fronk Mashed Potato Cakes

2 cups left over mashed potatoes
1 - 1 1/2 cup flour
1 egg
Chives
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Directions
Combine mashed potatoes, 1 egg, 1 cup of flour and spices in a large mixing bowl.
Kneed the mixture until firm and no longer sticky. Add more flower as needed.
Form small patties from the dough.
Fry the patties in hot oil until golden and crispy.
