Fire cider recipe
1/2 red onion
1/2 Yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapano
2 tbsp rated ginger
3 tbsp grated turmeric
1 tbsp cayenne
1 sprig of rosemary
8oz ACV w the mother
Directions
Add all ingredients to a glass jar. Leave in a cold, dark space (back of cabinet works for me) for 4-5 weeks. After it has fermented, strain all the ingredients, leaving only the liquid.
I take this by the spoonful when I start to feel a sickness coming on. 1-2 spoonfuls in the morning, maybe more in the afternoon depending on how I’m feeling. #fyp #firecider #antimicrobial #coldremedies #AXERatioChallenge
