Hot Pork Sandwich

Cook:
3-4 Ibs. pork shoulder roast
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauce:
28 oz. bottle catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium green bell pepper, сир up
I small onion, cut up
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
• Cook pork with onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until meat is tender, 2 to 3 hours. Cool; cut into small pieces. In large saucepan, combine all • sauce ingredients. Heat to boil- ing. Reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes, Add pork; heat thor- oughly. Serve in buns.
Notes
Andrew likes to eat the pork right out of the pan before I can even get the sauce on it.
