599 grams, BREAD FLOUR ( 4 1/2 cups )
1 tsp Instant yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
⅓ cup olive oil
Directions
Directions:
1. Insert the dough blade into the work bowl of Cuisinart FP add the flour, yeast and sea salt mix.
2. With machine running on dough speed, pour the 1 1/2 cups warm water and olive oil slowly through the small feed tube as fast as the flour will absorb it. Once a dough ball forms and cleans the side of the bowl, process for and additional 30 seconds to knead.
3. Place dough on a lightly floured surface, punch down and let rest 5 minutes, divide into
balls weighing 203 grams each, rub with olve oil and place in bag then in =Seal-a-meal bag.
Notes
Take out of freezer and let sit at room temperature for at least two hours. Preheat oven 450 ° rack 2 . Dock dough and spray crust with olive oil, bake until crust is golden brown, and cheese is bubbling and slightly brown on top 8 to 10 minutes.
