Directions
In a large bowl, combine the tomato juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Stir the mixture well to ensure the flavors are well distributed.
Taste the Gazpacho and adjust the seasoning if needed. Keep in mind that the tomato juice may already contain some sodium.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly coated. Set the salsa aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Make the Sour Cream Drizzle:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, heavy whipping cream, dash of hot sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture has a smooth consistency.
Transfer the creamy mixture to a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling.
Assembling the Gazpacho:
To serve, ladle the chilled Gazpacho into individual bowls.
Add a scoop of the Salsa.
Drizzle the creamy sour cream mixture over the soup in a decorative pattern.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and flavorful Gazpacho!
