0.5 pound butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 bananas
Directions
1. Create a caramel (ask chef for assistance) with brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Let it cool.
2. Mash bananas and fold into caramel.
3. Blend with a hand blender, then fine strain.
Portion 500 ml into bags and freeze for future use.
