Chill 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator – if overnight, set out to bring up to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350. Form a Tablespoon of dough around each kiss. Bake 6-8 minutes until cookie appears shiny. Cool on pan at least 5 minutes before moving to wire rack.
