Tahini Pasta with Roasted Chickpeas

1 Tin chickpeas
Smoked paprika
150g Pasta
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup plant based sour cream/cream cheese
¼ cup lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 broccoli
Directions
In a bowl, combine rinsed chickpeas with paprika, chilli, salt, pepper and oil (or any herbs or choice).
Roast the chickpeas for 30 minutes. Add broccoli to oven halfway through.
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Typically, pasta will be al dente in about 10 minutes.
Whisk together ½ cup of pasta water with tahini, sour cream, lemon juice, ¾ teaspoon of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until sauce is creamy and smooth.
Add to the drained pasta along with broccoli and the chickpeas.
