Squire Garden Veggie Melts

2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
3 French rolls (5 to 6 inches long), halved lengthwise
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Summer squash slices
Radishes
Onion
Avocado, peeled, sliced
Alfalfa sprouts
Monterey jack cheese
Directions
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, and garlic salt; blend well. Using half of oil mixture, brush cut sides of each roll. Arrange rolls, cut side up, on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven. Arrange veggies on the toasted roll. Top each with 1/6 of the remaining oil mixture. Sprinkle each with cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and vegetables are thoroughly heated. 6 sandwiches.
