Damn Good Chili

Brown:
1 1/2 pound ground round
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Add:
8 ounce can tomato sauce
8 ounce can water
1 quart tomatoes
1 tbsp chile powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 1/4 tsp sea salt
**ADD LAST**
15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
1. Heat pressure cooker and brown ground round, onion, green pepper, and garlic.
2. Add remming ingredients except , kidney beans and black beans. Close cover securely cook 5 minutes. Let pressure drop of its own accord..
3. Add kidney beans, black beans and heat through.
