Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

• 1/2 pound Italian sausage casings

removed, cooked and drained

• 1 pkg. 10 oz. chopped frozen spinach water squeezed out

• 1/2 lb. drained cottage cheese

• 3 cloves garlic chopped

• juice of 1/2 lemon

• 1/4 c. grated parmesan

• salt and pepper to taste

• 1/2 tsp. oregano

• 1 egg, beaten

• 2 cups mozzerella shredded

• 2 cups pasta sauce

• 1 lb. Large cooked pasta shells

Directions

Mix all ingredients but mozzarella, pasta sauce, and shells, with Cuisanart in large bowl. Fill cooked pasta shells. Arrange in baking dish.

Dollop pasta sauce (not too much) on shells. Sprinkle with more parmesan and mozzerella. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
