The Perfect Juicy Chicken Breast

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to season

Remove the chicken breasts from the packaging and pat dry. Cover a cutting board with plastic wrap and lay the chicken flat on top.
Top the chicken with another layer of the plastic wrap. Pound the chicken using a heavy pan or a mallet until the thicker side is level with the thinner side of the breast.
Directions
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Add the chicken.
Mix the chicken in with the marinade until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Heat a large oven resistant pan over high heat. Place each chicken breast on the pan without overcrowding. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom half looks slightly charred/ browned. Flip and repeat this step.
Transfer the pan into the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until (155 F internal temperature.
Remove the chickens from the pan. Add to a cutting board and let them rest for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
