2 Shallot
3 Green Chilly
1 Tamarind gooseberry size
1 cup Hot Water
1 ½ cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Soak tamarind in hot water for 10 minutes and extract full tamarind juice using a strainer and set aside.
Crush shallot and green chilly in a mortar and pestle.
Mix tamarind water, crushed shallots, green chilly and salt in a bowl using hands. Squish the shallot and green chilly as you mix.
Add coconut oil and mix again.
Ready to serve.
