1 c. Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 lemon, juiced
1 - 2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper
1/2 large English cucumber
Directions
Peel and de-seed the cucumber, the seeds make the sauce watery which causes it to break. Stir the cucumber and everything out else together. You can use immediately, but it's better if you cover and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes and allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with pita, corn chips, falafel, shawarma, etc...
