48 gram Powdered Peanut Butter
15 gram Monk Fruit Sweetener (or any other sweetner)
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 large Egg
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon White vinegar
15 gram Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Combine ingredients, make sure to use fresh baking powder. Depending on your powdered peanut butter you might have to use more or less water so add it in increments.
Spread each cookie thin on the baking tray using a full teaspoon of batter for each.
Bake in oven 10-12 minutes
