2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup honey

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and honey.

3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is set and the top is golden and bubbly.
