Steak:
1-2 lbs. Ribeye
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Oregano
Pinch of Salt
Sauce:
3 Cloves Garlic
Half Onion (Minced)
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Dash Red Chili Flakes
Dash Tony Checheres Creole Seasoning
Basil
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Directions
Prep:
30 mins before you start, steaks on counter.
While steaks are sitting, press garlic cloves and mince onion, shred Parmesan cheese, prepare 1/2 cup chicken stock, chop basil, and parsley. Portion out seasonings.
Rub seasonings over steak (press softly) and heat up cast iron pan to sear. When ready, sear steak on both sides and set aside to rest.
In same pan on medium heat, add garlic and onion. When slightly browned, add chicken broth, sun dried tomatoes, heavy cream, seasonings, and Parmesan. Add cooked pasta to pan and incorporate.
When steak is done resting (10 mins) cut into cross sections. Plate pasta with steak on top and top with parsley.
