Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

3/4 Cup Almond Flour

2 Tbsp Cream Cheese, Cubed

1 Egg

1 Tsp Oregano

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

1. Put mozzarella cheese, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder in a microwave bowl and combine.

2. Add cream cheese to bowl, mix and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and mix. Put back in microwave for 30 seconds more.

3. Stir and add egg and almond flour. Mix

4. Wet hands and spread dough thin on a piece of parchment paper. Keep hand damp to minimize sticking. Using fingers and hand make dough thin and uniform.

5. Poke holes using a fork to avoid bubbles

6.Place in oven at 425 for 8 minutes. Poke holes in any bubbles.

7. Remove from oven and add sauce and desired toppings.

8. Return to oven and cook for 12 to 14 minutes or until slightly brown on edges.

Note use the same parchment paper thru entire cook.
