20g Dark Roast Nanyang Grounds
100ml Water , 100 Celcius
20g condensed Milk + 20g Water
5g Butter , Unsalted (Optional)
Directions
Prep :
Setup AeroPress by removing cap , pushing plunger into AeroPress 3/4 of the way
Invert Setup and place AeroPress on the Plunger's Base .
Pre-Heat AeroPress by Adding hot water into setup for 1 minute , discard water afterwards.
Directions:
1. Add Coffee grounds into AeroPress, Shake gently to even grounds.
2. Add water into AeroPress , wetting all grounds .
3. Stir Well , agitate coffee grounds .
4. Place filter paper onto cap , screw the lid onto AeroPress.
5. Wait 120 Seconds
6. On the side heat up serving cup with hot water and discard ,Add 25gWater , 3g Butter (optional), 25g Condensed Milk into Cup and stir well.
7. After letting AeroPress sit for 120 Seconds , flip and place AeroPress onto glass cup and swirl slightly.
8. Push plunger slowly and gently all the way.
9. Swirl drink and enjoy
